FEE'S


     Fee's start as low as $80 for a single service with discounts for multiple services to the same address. All fee's are based on distance from Kelowna, but are on a flat rate with no extra milage or other expenses added.

     The cost for notary or commioner are $25 per avidavit and this includes the notary charge. At present due to the high cost of fuel we charge a 6% surcharge on the services amount. Expenses like photocopies and courier fees will be added in accordingly.
     These are the standard charges and there will not be milage or time added in. These charges are the same in any of the Courts. We serve all Courts plus any legal documents that are not part of a Court file.
